How do I place an order?

Pick a product → add to cart → tap 'Check out' in the cart. Choose delivery or pickup, enter the address and phone, pay. The order goes to the seller.

Where can I see my orders?

The 'My orders' page shows all your orders and their status (awaiting confirmation, preparing, on the way, delivered). Tap an order to see details.

Can I buy from multiple shops at once?

Yes. The cart can hold items from different sellers — at checkout they split into separate orders.

Can I cancel an order?

If the seller hasn't accepted it yet, or it's still 'preparing' — yes, it cancels and money is refunded instantly. After it ships, only the seller can cancel.

What payment methods are supported?

Payme, Click and bank cards (VISA/MasterCard). Payment goes through a secure gateway — we don't store card details.

Is my money safe?

Yes. BN uses escrow — your payment is held on the platform until the order completes, and only released to the seller after you accept the goods.

Can I pay in cash?

Some sellers offer 'cash on pickup'. The option is shown on the product page.

Where do I get the receipt?

Every order detail page has a download link for the electronic receipt. The paper receipt is issued by the seller when you receive the goods.

1-3 working days (depends on the seller and time of day). Some sellers deliver the same day.

Do you deliver to other regions?

Yes. Cost and timing are shown in the seller's listing. Usually 3-7 working days.

What does 'inspect before you buy' mean?

If the seller enabled it, when the courier hands you the goods you have 24 hours to test and return it if you don't like it. Full refund.

Can I pick it up myself from the shop?

Choose 'Pickup' on the product page — shop address and hours are shown. Go there and give the order number.

How do I become a seller on BN?

Fill in the application on the 'Become a seller' page — shop name, market, address, phone. Admin reviews within 1-2 business days. Once approved, add products from your seller cabinet.

What commission does BN take?

Accepted Answer

A platform commission is withheld from every order. The remainder is credited to your account when the order is COMPLETED. Exact percent is in the seller agreement.

Can I describe a product with AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the add-product form there's an 'AI describe' button — upload a photo and Humo AI suggests the name, description and attributes.

How do I get the blue verified check?

Your shop advances through tiers by quality and activity: NEW → TRUSTED → VERIFIED → PREMIUM. From VERIFIED you get the blue check and a search boost.

The product doesn't match the photo?

Accepted Answer

If 'inspect before you buy' was on — refuse and get a refund. Otherwise, file a Complaint from the order details — admin resolves within 3 business days.

How do I report a fraudulent seller?

In the three-dot menu on the product or shop page pick 'Report' → choose a reason. The admin panel is notified immediately and AI-moderation runs automatically.

What's required to leave a review?

Only a buyer with a COMPLETED order can review. One review per product — editable.
